| Long description: | Job Description:
Quality assurance testing of an application, identification and documentation of issues with the software. Responsibilities include writing and editing test cases. Troubleshooting issues based on published processes and documenting results. Documentation and reporting of issues to supervisor.
Education Required:
• High School diploma or equivalent
Experience Required:
• Advanced PC/Software knowledge, familiarity with launching applications, familiarity with the internet.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office product suite
• Working knowledge of scanning functions, including OCR
•Technical QA experience
•Experience with workstation building, server building
•Troubleshooting experience
•Experience with Document, Portal and Office integration, a plus
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly document results
• Capable of working independently in a fast paced, demanding setting
• Ability to learn quickly and apply strong problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and interact with many cross functional teams. |
